About Us

Dedicated to Preserving
State & Province History

SCHAR is a dedicated group of five women passionate about preserving and sharing the rich histories of the Rocky Mountain West floristic region. Our mission is to provide free, accessible, and well-researched historical lessons that reconnect people with the true stories of the West.

Each member of the SCHAR team brings unique expertise, resources, and talents to this endeavor, ensuring that history is presented in its most authentic form. We believe that by making these histories freely available, we contribute to a deeper appreciation of the past and its lasting impact on the present.

Through our collective efforts, we strive to bridge the gap between historical narratives and modern understanding, fostering a renewed connection to the land, people, and events that shaped The West.
